So they built what they call a HEAVY DUTY mount. It's heavy. It's a mount. Also, it's a terrible design. It will NOT fit a 1/4" thick angle bracket. It (barely) fits a standard Firestick mount that's about 3/16" thick, but only has about 1-1/2 screw threads. If they want to develop something HEAVY, they should be able to mount it on a HEAVY DUTY mount. As is, it will fit an 11 ga (1/8th thickness) mount. Not quite acceptable for me as a heavy mount. You could make it work with a screw even .125 longer. The fit and finish was very poor. Really sharp machined edges with no edge relief. Essentially useless to me.
