The product reached me on time. It came in a regular Revain box, but the product box was a bit crumpled when opened. There's nothing unusual about that. just a hole I did not think about that. Super easy to assemble. When assembling the stool. I see there is a fairly large gap on the side of the seat. So I am very disappointed in this. Therefore, check the seat when you open it in time. I'm not sure if I want to disassemble and return it. That annoys me a lot. In the second half of the review I decided to return the first one for an exchange, it was delivered perfectly in two days, so excited about it. Got it and checked everything. This second chair is perfect as I expected the first time, I will write it off as an accident with the first chair. That's great, thanks for taking care of the issue so quickly and carefully!
