No screws, no instructions and no wood screws

There are no instructions with this product. Two screws were missing for the steel mounting. I only got 6 instead of 8. Also there is no wood screw that most houses would have, no steel screw that is useless. You must offer both or have a choice. I had to buy wood screws. I also had to do a lot of research myself to figure out how to install this. I also had to install my own woodwork to mount this as a regular 2x4 would not have room to fit four screws in each of these hooks.
