Unlike the temperature and humidity products sold by Govee, there doesn't seem to be a way to download the temperature data collected by the Govee meat thermometer. The product description did not state that data could be downloaded, but I would have liked this feature as the time and temperature graphs provided by the Android app are limited by screen size. The units are relatively accurate, with the four thermocouples reading 34 F in an ice bath and 210 F in boiling water. Aside from the limitations of the temperature versus time graphs, the Android app is pretty good. The Android app is limited to high temperature alarms which can be edited using +/- icons/sliders. A nice feature is the temperature approach alert, which lets you know when the temperature is getting close to the set point.
