Review on Spectape ST501 Double Sided Adhesive Tape, 36 yards x 1-inch Width Paper by Marco Carpenter

As another reviewer noted, you need to make sure both surfaces are clean and free of sawdust. It doesn't seem like a problem, but the task is harder than you might think when using this in a woodworking shop. However, I gave 4 stars because the chances of error are very small. It either sticks well or not at all (although that might trick you into thinking otherwise). There is no real between them. When you work with a milling machine or CNC machine, the risk of error is already so high that it's frustrating when a piece of tape you thought should come off and your work piece is instantly ruined. I have used several other double sided tapes and none have been as good. This tape is easy to tear off by hand, so there's no need to fiddle with scissors or razor blades. It creates a strong bond with the *clean* surface. The backing comes off easier than most other tapes I've used. Finally, it removes cleanly without leaving any residue or damaging your work pieces. All in all, I would recommend this cassette. As said, this works very well, but care must be taken to prepare the surfaces before use.
