I wanted to like this product but the first time I used it I found that the door was leaking. I tried moving it and found that I would slide the door on either side and I would have an air leak on one side of the door or both. The door itself is quite thin. So I understand why he's struggling. It's an easy product to use and I'd probably like it if it worked properly, but due to the inconveniences of almost spoiled meat I don't want to risk it again. I've emailed customer support but haven't received a response yet, so I can't say how effective they are at the moment.
