Review on DIVA DYNAMICS by Ryan Brunson

The best thing about this product for me as an administrator was it's ability to have all of my maintenance requests in one place, allowing easy access from any computer or mobile device I use! It also has great reporting capabilities when you need them along with some other neat features like scheduling reminders via email/SMS messages (which are helpful!). There really isn't anything bad at first glance but there could be more customization options available depending upon your specific needs / requirements - otherwise its pretty good overall so far!! We've been able to reduce down time by being proactive instead waiting until something breaks before we schedule service calls which saves us money too.
