Review on 🍲 16-Quart Kenmore Broadway Steamer Stock Pot with Insert and Lid in Glacier Blue by Matt Hamilton

I bought this to steam a lot of veggies and mussels. When heated on the stove, the bottom of the pan will jump from flat to slightly convex with a loud noise. I mean, the bottom suddenly gets a little round, so the pot kind of wobbles. If I put cold liquid in a warm pot, it will bounce back up. The metal of the pot is a bit thinner than I expected, and I suspect this allows it to change shape in response to temperature changes. I have a cheap baking sheet that does the same thing when heated in the oven. On the other hand, it looks very nice on my stove, which it needs as it is too big to fit in every cupboard and therefore lives there. I decided to keep him and just beat him to death with my incessant cooking. It's nice to have something attractive that I don't have to watch out for. Admittedly, that loud POP is confusing and annoying.
