The heater itself is a bit smaller than I had pictured. I didn’t really look at dimensions prior to buying. But it has capability of good heat output for smaller spaces. We live in the Midwest and use it in the winter to heat a small part of the garage (man cave portion). The higher output for heat the brighter the bulb is as well. So if we have it in front of us while watching TV out there, it is very distracting and bright. We have a propane heater that works wonders in the whole 2 car garage, but hate running so much propane. So this is an okay alternative to keep us comfortable out there for a short period of time.
