Bought my first Christmas tree stand for the first living Christmas tree we've ever had. For years I have read stories of problems with tree stands - trees tipping over etc. I was determined to get around it all by looking at a quality stand and expecting to pay more for it. Well the premium price paid and I am very happy with it. Heavy, very strong, with a very large water tank, easy to assemble (assembly problems have rarely been reported, it is extremely easy to assemble, I don't know how to get into trouble). My beautiful 7 foot Fraser Fir stands as if it is still firmly rooted in the ground. In life you get what you pay for. Highly recommended.
