The company was very proactive in reaching out to me with my scale issue and even refunded my money for my first inspection. 5/5 stars for the customer service and also for the product. ------ I bought this because I expected at least some level of accuracy, but it doesn't even stay at a constant weight. The weight constantly fluctuates up and down at random intervals. I put something on the container and it starts bouncing up and down. I used a metal mixing bowl and thought maybe it's because it's a little wobbly. I got tired of using a flat bottomed bowl with the same effect, so no, it wasn't a bowl, it was a scale. Not recommended for baking. exactly why buy at all
