Fur. Stagg's teapot is godlike, but her potting system isn't that impressive. There are five things I don't like about it that you might disagree with: 1. The perimeter of the dripper is narrow, making it difficult for the grounds to get in without carrying fine particles out of the filter. They provide a funnel and it works, but that's another detail to deal with.2. The pipette does not sit directly on the vessel, which can lead to uneven flow. I want to almost level the dropper before pouring.3. Some here are in awe of the double-walled vessel. I do not like it. My coffee comes out at 202F and is hard to drink. I really appreciate a vessel that can act as a heater to keep my coffee cool. The jar only holds 10 ounces, or about 328 grams. Exactly 10 ounces leaves about 4mm of coffee in the dropper. It's okay, but I'd prefer a 12-ounce glass. I understand that I can drip into a large cup. Loads over 20g will not work with this pipette. I prefer a 24g load with a yield of 350g5. The filters are a little tricky to separate and require some rigidity to fit properly. These are minor quirks and the setup makes a great cup of coffee, but I'm happy with the other options.
