Before I unpacked the unit I called to see if my USB modem is compatible with the KR2. I was told to search the web for a compatibility chart. In this 2008 table, there were modems that are no longer manufactured. When I asked them for a new list they said it was the latest list they had. When asked about support for modern USB modems, they had no information. I assumed this was typical Indian-Asian support who couldn't do anything but read the script. I mean why sell a product that requires compatibility with other hardware and doesn't support hardware released after 2008. I sent the device back. Add Kyrocera, HP and Dell to my list of companies I will not buy from again.
