Not for Heavy Weightlifters

If you are an avid weightlifter, do not purchase this product. The recommended dose of creatine monohydrate should be 5g per day for an individual lift 4-6 days per week. To hit the 5g goal with this product, you'll need to take around 5 doses (this company suggests 2 capsules per day, which is around 1 gram per serving) per day. The product is certainly cheap in price but not a good financial solution for long-term use.
