LOSS OF MONEY Stay away

Don't waste your money. the built in one worked and then broke down after less than 30 minutes of driving. made the husband think about other problems with the rzr only after later realizing it was again not producing enough psi. (yes my husband checked the psi in the right place on the RZR) bought an OEM fuel pump and never looked back! I called them for a refund (they won't refund anything if the fuel was drained through them). I read many reviews about the faulty ones and settled on OEM. They told me there were no bad batches this year and they will send me a new one. took the mailing address and ordered from amazon and said i had a new one to back up. Fast forward two weeks and nothing in the mail. Call them - they asked if they told me to pay the $9 shipping, I said no - then they told me they didn't know who I was talking to but they didn't have anything about sending a new one to the Files and they are. The best they could do is make me pay $9 and they will send another. Be aware before all this chaos they made me go to the website and request a refund which was approved but the guy on the phone told me it would only be declined after I paid and they sent it back because that fuel was passed through them! THIS COMPANY IS A JOKE and sends you through hoops! COST US SO MUCH TIME and a broken rzr.
