Review on 🔧 Zurn Wilkins 1 NR3XLDU Pressure Reducing Valve by Luis Green

Update 2021 - has been working for over a year with no malfunction hence my rating has been changed to 5 stars. First review. The device makes a very well-made impression, no rattling or the like. It seems to work most of the time, but sometimes it just stops limiting the pressure and lets pressure into your home system. I have a Moen Smart Water Dispenser and have attached a screenshot showing the pressure rising well above the 70lbs I set it to. it actually went from 70 to 125, and I'm not sure how much higher it would have gone if we hadn't turned on the water in the house to relieve the pressure. I have analog gauges that confirmed this pressure spike. Even the sixteen year old device he replaced worked better, how sad? It sucks this sat on my desk for a month before I started the project, too late to bring it back now. It could just be a single defective unit or it could be a system problem with the entire line, I can't tell you that as I won't be buying another from this company.
