I bought this product before I found it in a pharmacy without conditioner. I bought it at the pharmacy while waiting for delivery and I was pleased with the gradual result. My hair was very gray and I didn't want drastic results. The most important thing for me was to get a natural hair color. I was not disappointed. The gradual coloring has saved me from the surprised reaction of the people I see every day. Instead of going crazy every day as my gray hair disappeared, people barely noticed the gradual change in my hair color. The gradual change in hair color also allowed me complete control over the preferred shade of brown I wanted. The product is very easy to use. I get in the shower and wet my hair, put on a pair of rubber gloves and put a small amount of shampoo in the palm of my hand, just shampoo and wait about 3 minutes before rinsing it off. I wash the shampoo off the shower curtain, walls and floor immediately after shampooing and there were no stains on these surfaces. I rinse my hair thoroughly before towel drying and no stains remain on the towel. I ran out of my first bottle of shampoo on the 24th day of use. I then switched to shampoo and conditioner and was very happy with the results. After 26 days of daily use I have a natural brown hair color that suits my skin tone very well. I will condition my hair color twice a week with JFM Control GX Shampoo and Conditioner. This is a great product for me. By the way, I use a leave-in conditioner after shampooing and it makes my hair very manageable with no signs of dryness or frizz.
