Service was even better than hp, which did not have the battery in stock. Holds a two hour charge. Does fit snug, however just be gentle in putting it in. Once in, fits perfectly and is secure. Excellent Battery. And excellent battery life. Update last 6 months to a year. Its better to just pay the extra money and order the manufactured one from the company who makes your computer. Using this one may have affected my computer charging and blown something out internally not sure. scraping the computer as it was already kind of falling apart anyway. Buyer be ware.
