Just to clarify, I bought a certified refurbished device for $25 to save . Both devices came out of the box, press the power button. No light, no WiFi signal, nothing. The certified sticker says they are tested first, but that really lowers the standard. I started to wonder if maybe there weren't any lights, although YouTube videos showed them coming on. I contacted support and that was terrible too. They told me that the light was actually a button and pressed it. I literally had to push the light for us to continue. They then said that the device would not turn on because I needed an active signal from the internet through the RJ45 connector. At this point I hung up, packed the second device and sent it back. This whole process took more than a month so at this point the price of the technology is going down and I got a new one for just $25 more. It turned on and I felt like I had won an award. Definitely avoid this product if refurbished. Certified doesn't have to mean what you think it means.
