
I've been using mine for three weeks now and still can't get it to work properly. No support from Netgear possible. The problem is the permissions. I get a panel telling me I don't have permission to access. Electronic software documentation doesn't help, and neither does its "community". I really don't know what to recommend. UPDATE: I contacted Revain support and the agent put me in direct contact with a Netgear tech support rep. After about two and a half hours on the phone it finally worked, basically. There is still a ghost folder in the list that shouldn't be there and there is a problem with the selection. He insists this is a Windows 10 issue. From the looks of it, that's probably true, but I don't know how to fix it. All in all, judging by how I'm currently using the device, it works properly and is much faster than before. I feel like I can improve my rating from 1 star to 4 stars.
