Great solution and easy setup process

The best thing about revenue well was its ease of use for both our front desk team as well as my billing manager! It has allowed us to have better control over who we are contacting with regards to appointments/billing issues etc.. I wish it had some sort of integrated chat feature but other than this there wasn't anything i disliked at all :) We were able to create reminders in one place which helped reduce calls made by receptionists so overall everyone's efficiency improved greatly. I like how it has so many different options for scheduling appointments which makes planning ahead much easier! It's user friendly too. Sometimes there are errors with the app when you try to book a procedure or appointment but usually it gets fixed in no time at all. The best part of this system is being able to schedule online rather than calling each office. This saves me time by not having to call every day to make sure we have enough doctors available to see our patients.
