Review on 💨 ATP Automotive Graywerks 101122 Exhaust Manifold/Catalytic Converter: Efficient Exhaust System Upgrade by Brandon Show

I had code P0420 and found the exhaust manifold was cracked when I removed the heat shield. I bought an East Catalyzed version of this header and cat combo from rockauto, but it didn't have a mounting bolt hole on the bottom or replacement exhaust pipe bolts. I don't think this version of the ATP is as strong or as high quality but I needed a straight fit and it fitted easily after the old one failed. No modifications are required at all. Make sure you have a D16Y7 engine or it won't fit. The worst part was loosening the old exhaust system bolts next to the downstream oxygen sensor. Use a lot of PB Blaster. I recommend the 1A Auto YouTube video for a good overview of the installation process. I also used a Tekton 02 3/8 sensor socket which worked without any problems or modifications. I give a good rating for the fact that it comes with all the hardware (including the nuts/bolts connecting the post-cat exhaust pipe) and is suitable for direct install. One bad thing, the seals I received were a little rusty and got bent and a little crushed by the heavy part during shipping. I have driven the car about 100 miles so far and the code has not returned. If there are any problems, I will update the rating.
