The quality has deteriorated since my last purchase in 2012. Does not include round metal O-ring. Does not include new exhaust studs. I had to use a pry bar and vise to bend the heat shield at the bottom to attach the gasket to the studs. Mounting to the midpipe was tricky - I recommend unscrewing at least the bracket and possibly the tuned pipe (don't forget to buy new exhaust spring bolts if you need to unbolt the tuned pipe). This product works great and has cleared some of my codes from my Check Engine Light along with some new O2 sensors but what is shown in the picture in the listing not that what i received. I received an accessory that had no purpose for the catalytic converter advertised as two pieces but I did receive a solid welded piece. I have a 1998 Honda Civic Lx. The old manifold had a crack and I had a P0420 CEL code. After a long search for the best replacement manifold, I decided on ATP. Installation turned out to be very easy. Everything fitted perfectly, and since it's a little thinner than the stock header, it was even a little easier to install. I had code P0420 and found the exhaust manifold was cracked when I removed the heat shield. I bought an East Catalyzed version of this header and cat combo from rockauto, but it didn't have a mounting bolt hole on the bottom or replacement exhaust pipe bolts. I don't think this version of the ATP is as strong or as high quality but I needed a straight fit and it fitted easily after the old one failed. No modifications are required at all. At a local dealership I was offered about $1300 for a replacement catalytic converter which caused the check engine light to stay on in my car for a year.
