Review on PANASONIC Link2Cell Bluetooth Answering KX TGM430B by Richard Lamptey

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Will not connect to hearing aids or premium Bluetooth headphones

Me edit my review after a few uses. The phone works but after letters to Panasonic I changed my review of this phone. The reason I gave it one star is because you can only plug in a cheap bluetooth headset and I find that ridiculous for a phone like this. I have a Sennheiser Business Bluetooth which I can listen to with amazing sound etc but it doesn't connect properly to this phone and Panasonic won't change that. I will never use the Panasonic Bluetooth, we have two of these around the house and they/sound like garbage when they're out and I can't hear them well on this phone. Free two with this phone, this phone is for the hearing impaired so why don't we plug our hearing aids into it in 2018? Plugging in a cellphone is a good idea, but stupid when you can download a free app to crank up your phone's volume. I wish I could have plugged in my hearing aids, but no, so this phone isn't being used at all at the moment. I am calling from a mobile phone in a hearing aid. Or use my Bluetooth Sennheiser with the Volume Boost app on my phone. After owning this phone for a few months it was a huge waste of money for me as I can't connect high quality Bluetooth or hearing aids so I won't be buying it again.
