Finally found what I was looking for!
My mom had a lot of these growing up and it was so hard to find that style. Only thing I would say is that they are NOT as durable as my mom's, but that goes for almost everything these days, they're cheaply built, not built to last. If you think you'll use them to dry blankets or heavy clothing like jeans, jackets, sweatpants, etc. think again - they're too fragile for the weight. But for what I personally needed them for (shirts, skirts, swimwear, underwear, light sundresses) they were EXACTLY what I wanted.
