The iPhone XR is, as usual, an excellent smartphone. Prior to this purchase, I had upgraded from an iPhone 6s to the flagship model of a popular Chinese brand, but I soon discovered that it was not "top for the money": minor flaws in the form of falling off notifications, terrible, even after the iPhone 6s's cameras and the eye-burning ice screen. good battery life (after 12 hours of use and 7 hours of the screen, there is still around 20% left), a well-thought-out system that requires no configuration beyond transferring data from an older iPhone, and a bright, colorful IPS display that doesn't strain my eyes. Yet, there were other negatives as well; for example, following the Chinese, the frames may feel overly bulky, but after about half an hour, you adjust. The camera's single module and broad focal plane mean it's not great for portraits, but it captures good shots generally.
