Review on Bluebeam Revu by Jonathan Olson

The Revu platform was easy to learn, and has helped us deliver value efficiently. There is nothing specifically that stands out as being bad. Revu gives you the options to get feedback in real time on changes that you make, it was an added bonus that they also provide the change log for the document. Since all of our drawings are now shared on Revu, it is a much easier way of tracking changes in a larger drawing set. We are still trying to figure out how Revu can be used to share the data outside of a drawing. We love the ability to use it throughout the construction process and from start to finish. We are able to track changes for documents and keep everyone on the same page while making modifications. The collaboration between staff has only increased since implementing Revu. I like how it can be used on multiple different platforms and devices; whether its a tablet, laptop or PC. It is a great tool to use when you are working on a large project with many people on it. The only thing that I dislike about the software is that sometimes it may not sync up all of your information and files at once. This could take a little bit of time to fix but its worth the wait. I am using bluebeam revu mostly on my laptop since it is easier to get things done while I'm doing other things.
