I was trying to save money on this item as it was half the price of a Motorcraft switch. After installing it, the ABS warning light came on on the dash showing a problem with the anti-lock braking system on my 2000 Ford F 250 Pickup. This cheap fake not only affected the braking system but also disabled the cruise control causing the cruise control to become disabled with the same switch activated. I removed the switch and replaced it with a genuine Ford Motorcraft switch and now the braking system and cruise control work perfectly. Please spend the extra $10 on a quality part, this part is cheap, dangerous and although the seller claims it is compatible with some Ford vehicles it is not.
