French style is what you need

It's actually light and not as bulky as rolling pins with handles. Storage is still an issue. Too bad it came with a bag or rope so it could be hung.

Pros
  • Stainless Steel Non-Stick Surface: Stainless steel cools very quickly in the freezer, which is great for preserving puff pastry and preventing flour dough or fondant from sticking to the roller. Therefore, we recommend putting the scooter in the fridge for 20-30 minutes before rolling.
