I almost sent them back because they didn't fit. Turns out you'll have to take your two original frames off before fitting these longer ones, of course because they're longer. Have someone hold the tailgate, it weighed over 100 pounds on my trip. Separate both sides. Have your assistant raise the tailgate even higher and then mount the new ones. They work great. No one bangs their head on the tailgate, which opens higher.
