Lasted only 9 months with moderate use The coils on both insides stopped working and only toasted the outside of the bread. It is difficult to open the bottom tray to spill out the crumbs. It's hard to see the arrow on the watch face to tell what settings you've enabled. The cable is uncomfortable and leaves in the front, not the back, plus the cable is very short. Disillusioned with Black & Decker, don't make them the same.
