Simple, easy to use
Been looking for this for a while, used by my sister in law years ago. It's simple and easy to use, the open bottom allows you to press the patties directly onto the wax paper square. It's not as cheap as the plastic ones and the burgers don't come out of the mold with the bottom closed. LOVE IT
