Review on 🏋️ Sturdy Pre-Assembled Eastern Jungle Gym by Tyler Kota

I bought this to use for my 3 year old and 9 month old baby. The first few uses seemed great and that's good quality. However, my 9 month old came out of the swing head first. The swing was adjusted correctly, she just leaned forward, the whole swing fell over and she landed on her head. The swing barely moved. The description states that parents can rest assured that even the youngest children will be able to swing safely and the recommended ages range from 6 months to 4 years. This swing should be re-evaluated if recommended for young children. I have no confidence that my children will be safe on this swing, even with an adult in my arms.
