I followed the instructions carefully to clean the chipped area, shake the filler tube, etc. I would have to redo filler. Finally I filled the hole, leaving the excess and letting the filler dry. I then scraped the excess off the tiles with a single edged razor. I am happy with the results. I was pleasantly surprised at how well it matched our old bathroom tiles; hard to tell where the chip was! I recommend the product and the company.
