I'll start by saying I've used this thing before, my bike (Triumph Bonneville 2017) has been on the thing for three days. I've seen a lot of negative reviews but as I read them I realized that literally every negative review came from an idiot using an impact wrench to pick it up. Why would anyone do something so incredibly stupid and lazy, I don't get it. Just use the T-handle or ratchet to raise and lower it and it works great. If you start working on something that doesn't have an impact rating, it will break. Mine arrived in good condition, worked well and has already paid for itself. I wish it had a non-slip surface on the bottom for peace of mind, but it didn't slip or feel flimsy. The bike felt solid and we put it on this lift and I'm happy with it. Just don't be a lazy idiot and it will serve you well.
