I can digest it! The best in sports nutrition

I've been lactose intolerant since my mid 20's, I'm 45 and I take plant based protein powders all the time. I've always heard that whey is better than herbal powders, but I couldn't take it because of digestive issues. Then I came across information stating that most of the lactose in whey isolate is normally removed naturally during processing. Why haven't I heard this before? In any event, I decided to try some isolates, but wouldn't settle for anything less than grass-fed, non-GMO plants with minimal, if any, additives. I stumbled across this and gave it a try. It was wonderful, in my opinion it mixes easily, has a normal taste, typical whey powder taste, and best of all, I can digest it. I also started taking Blubonnet Grass-Fed Whey Isolate and got the same results. I am now on my second order of both. I will say, at first, and sometimes even incidentally, I notice a little bit of gas that I attribute to these products, but it's minimal and sometimes not at all. It's so minimal that I don't care because it's not a nuisance not to drink like a clean glass of milk. If so, god help whoever is standing next to me in the elevator an hour later lol. But as far as I know, not all lactose can be removed in the whey isolate process, so that's understandable. Since taking both of these powders 2 or 3 times a day I've started to make some progress so I'm feeling great, although I've also started taking dextrose powder right after my workouts in my protein shakes which should help me feel better stimulate shake your muscles seems to work for me. For those wondering, I take a scoop or two of these powders right after my workout, about 1/2 serving of dextrose, about 30g of carbs according to the label (you can use glucose powder too), and about 3-5g of creatine and I feel really as it comes through me. I hope this review helps, I will definitely continue to use this product as well as Blubonnet powder. I am posting the same review for BB protein powder. So if you read both and they sound the same, it's because it's basically a cheer. Update: 6/26/2020 My second batch of this doesn't mix as well as the first, everything else seems the same, but it doesn't lather very well when mixed or shaken. For that reason I will stay away from it for a while and maybe try again in the future.
