I got these because I needed a smaller size, and they are comparable to the 24 mm two-piece medela breastshields that come with my pump-in-style. Two cons: with them being all one piece it doesn't feel like I can get them quite as clean, and the little yellow piece is sometimes difficult to remove from the breastshield. From reading other reviews it seems like these work better for smaller sizes; because of the tapered design, if you have large nipples, the tapered shaft is not as accommodating as the stepped-in design of the medela shields. I can also foresee them being a little difficult to use with the medela hands-free bra.I will find out when that arrives. It seems like it's not too big to fit through the holes in the bra, but might take a little more effort to get in place.
