Rigid construction and not that solid given the price
As others have noted, this item is difficult to assemble (27 pages of instructions) which usually doesn't bother me other than the fact that the item is cheap given the price somehow cheaply made site. The screws are not that strong (broken), the windows fall out, the back of the lock is not a solid piece of wood, but a solid paper background. For $180 I would expect a solid wood toy (remember Melissa and Doug). What's even more frustrating is that the lock handle was damaged and when I called for a replacement they told me it was out of stock and they can't comment on when they can send me a replacement. A way to support your product.
