I bought 2 (one as a spare) and had to replace the 1st a month after installation

I bought 2 so I can use one if the 1st burns out but I wasn't expecting that I need to do Replace the first one month after installation. I really don't want to spend that much money and time replacing it every month. I hope the backup bulb lasts longer than #1. That's my only complaint. It generates plenty of warmth/light for my older iguana, I just expected it to last a lot longer than a month. I'll revise my comment after using this second one. Maybe the 1st bulb was a fluke and the next one works as expected.
