While I love the idea of removing sulfites, the filtration process is unbearably slow. It can take 15-20 minutes to filter a bottle of wine, and since you can only pour a small amount of wine at a time, you'll be standing over the filter throughout the process. Without a filter - only in aeration mode - the infusion is faster but not very good and you still have to infuse a small amount at a time. Finally, the decanter itself does not pour very well. After each glass is filled, there is always a drop or two. For the money, I would expect a carafe with a properly designed rim to help ensure a clean pour. It works but not as well as it should for the money.
