The seller must clearly understand that clutched models (which give you a choice of hard floor or carpet) have two belts, but you can actually only change one ( clutch belt ). The whipping brush belt is not replaceable on this model. I went ahead and replaced the clutch belt just to see if that would fix my non-rotating brush issue and found that the clutch belt was too small. I'm not talking about the difference in stretch with the old belt, I'm talking almost 2 times less. Don't waste your money if you have a DC07 clutch model with it, just buy a new clutch, it's only a few bucks more, but at least it's the right part!
