Very hot, but we can do it
The first time I used this grater, I sliced a radish thinly. The holder with teeth dug into the round radish and I moved it along the hinge plate so that the radish remained motionless. Before I knew it, the thin round slices landed on the tray! My fingers have never touched a sharp blade!
