Tidy Pots and Pans Set

I love to cook and need a new matching set to replace my Cuisinart and All Clad cookware set for my induction cooktop. I've had this set for about 2 months now and I really like it, but it's not as good as the All-Clad and is very similar to the Cuisinart set in performance. Of course, an all-clad pan can cost more than this entire set. The plates are made of glass and fit well. The pans are friction welded stainless steel/aluminum/stainless steel alloy which distributes the heat fairly evenly but heats up a bit slower than my stainless steel pans. The underside is also flat, with a seam around it that can discolour quite quickly. Seam cleaning, if you're fussy, is a constant chore. The non-stick ceramic is great and I highly recommend it. The only pan I've had so far came close to the Danish ScanPan (a pan cost nearly $200). I don't recommend using ceramic pans on the highest setting as I've found them to break faster if you do. Overall a good set at a good price.
