Review on 🚗 CURT 2-Inch Class 3 Trailer Hitch Receiver for Jeep Grand Cherokee WK, Black by John Patel

Installed on a 10 year old Grand Cherokee. The only real issues were removing the bar which uses one of the 4 holes that connect to the main frame. The bolt head was covered with a bumper cover and a bumper cover. A friend ended up holding the bumper so I could get my wrench (who was shocked it was metric) to remove that bar. Once removed, all that remains is to put the Curt Hitch back in place, insert 4 screws and you're done. The 6 new rivets that fit into the bumper fascia in the wheel arches didn't stretch enough to be tightened so I finally found a way to reuse the stock ones. As for the Curt hitch, I'm impressed with the quality. This is a heavy item so do not attempt to carry the box it comes in without supporting the bottom of the box. I would definitely order again!
