Outstanding image quality

Ok, bad at first. The out of the box calibration is terrible. I don't understand why a manufacturer puts so much emphasis on factory calibration when it doesn't work. The display is darker around the edges, which I don't like but seems typical of this type of display. The monitor comes with multiple video cables but no HDMI to HDMI cable and no DisplayPort to DisplayPort cable. It comes with a Mini DisplayPort cable for a full DisplayPort, a USB-C cable, and a USB-A cable, but none of these cables work to connect to my Dell desktop computer. I had to get my own Displayport and HDMI cables. I don't understand why they are not included in this price range. I don't like the stand either. The base protrudes about four inches below the monitor, forcing me to position the monitor further to place the keyboard in front. This might not be a problem for most people, but it is a problem for me because I have crappy eyesight. I found a matching keyboard with a smaller profile. And here are the pros. Color and image quality are excellent after calibration with my Datacolor Spyder Elite 4. The processing of the monitor is excellent. The monitor is heavy, but there is a handle at the top of the stand, which is very convenient. The monitor has many features, including a hotkey puck that lets you switch between color profiles without having to go to the monitor's menus. Overall I would say this is a good buy for me and I would recommend the monitor
