I'm always looking for something that will make cooking a lot easier. I needed new cookware and decided to try the ceramic pot and pan set. After much searching, I decided that this set of stone green pans was definitely worth trying, so I ordered it. And I have to say that this is one of the best decisions I've ever made. I really like this cookware set and have nothing but good things to say about it. Firstly, I love the selection of pots and pans that come with this set. In fact, these are all I would use. There are none of those 'useless' little pots or pans that companies just add to the set to increase the number of items. I've never seen a cookware set that includes both an 11" skillet and an 11" skillet. I was so happy to see that. And the 5.5 liter roaster and 1 liter pot are exactly what I like to use. The pots and pans are very well made. They're light enough to hold on to, but heavy enough not to slip on the stovetop when stirring food in them. Each piece is well balanced and lays flat on my custom platen grate. The handles are comfortable to hold and the silicone inserts make it easier to grip. Please note: Because of the handle, you cannot put this cookware in the oven. The nonstick coating on this cookware is simply...nonstick. As you can see in the video, I cooked the scrambled eggs in the pan without using cooking spray as usual... nothing sticks. And cleaning up was a breeze. I could just wipe the pan down if I wanted to. Lids on dishes are another great feature of the set. The outer rim of each lid is made of silicone that seals and holds the pot or pan. Each lid has a cut-out for a spoon or other utensil if you leave it in the pot with the lid on. The lids are glass so you can see what you're cooking without having to open the lid. I really like this set of stone green pots and pans. I know they are used every day and I'm sure they will work just as well as the first time I used them. I definitely recommend this set.
