Amazing size, amazing performance - only deducted a star because I had to remove the bottom hex fastener, put sealing tape and threadlock on it and put it back together because it leaked quite a bit out of the box. Nothing fancy, but squeezing it in a vise with rags to pull the stupid nozzle out was more flatbread than it needed to be since there's not really enough flat space on the handle to do that. In addition, it makes little sense to adjust the speed. The support is either high or low, there is no in-between, and I'm not even sure how far in or out the support is, it doesn't really stop in any direction. Generally not easy. To be honest, high and low settings are what you want, but I would like this to run a BIT slower, about 20% slower on the slowest setting. Still matches those of my friends who double/tripled paid for them so this is a great deal, probably the best you will find on an airhead sander. Ideal for transferring heads. Can't comment on the air requirement, I have a huge 60g air compressor that will get 90psi in easily. After 2 minutes of running at full power, the compressor will turn on for about a minute and refill, no matter what that tells you.
