Rugged hydrometer
I like this hydrometer because the outer tube is plastic and not as fragile as glass. Rubber ball and suction tube are made of pleasantly soft rubber. My previous experiences with Asian rubber products have been very bad. Rubber parts always seemed to crack and fail quickly. I decided to keep my rubber part tools in the freezer. In the garage. I think I can clean, repackage and freeze my rubber tools to extend their life.
