I needed metal as a very thin spacer. This is a very thin strip of metal wrapped in shrink wrap with a thin piece of cardboard. Sent in a soft plastic envelope. The metal arrived damaged, with small creases and creases. I was lucky I didn't need a long piece of perfectly flat metal. FYI, an aluminum soda can is a free source for thin spacers. The walls of the vessel are about 0.004 inches thick. Empty cans can be cut with a utility knife or scissors.
