Why wasn't there a handshake?

Please read to the end. Let me show you my settings to start this review. My devices: (source) 1- Nvidia Shield TV. 2-Roku. 3- Cable / Satellite. - H96 Pro Android TV. All are connected to a Denon AVR X-3300W with a SIIG 1x4 4K 60Hz splitter. ) Problems: None of the settings could be synchronized with the display, except 1-(UDDU - 4K 8-bit recording 709 without HDR.) 2-(UUUD - washed out colors 1080p) Support is trying to solve the problem so far without success. Prepare to return unless otherwise noted. 2 stars removed because tech support stopped repairing the device. return is in progress. update 1 Rating is now 4 stars as next level technical support is back in action. Update 2. It gets 5 stars. Cause: The whole problem was in the Nvidia Shield TV. I tried and factory restored the shield and everything, all the problems were gone and the SIIG HDMI splitter worked like clockwork. yes it is perfect The tech support is fantastic, they were very helpful and that was the main reason why SIIG got 5 stars. Many Thanks. The tech support is fantastic, they were very helpful and that was the main reason why SIIG got 5 stars. Many Thanks.
